The equipment issued (rental) to each player is the property of Highland Youth Football. Equipment must be returned to the league at the close of the season or when directed to return it by HYF Board members. The player guardian will be held financially responsible for any equipment not turned in at end of season.

PAYMENT:
PAY IN FULL: Via cash or Zelle
If full payment is not received by 6/1/26, your player will NOT be rostered to a team.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED TO REGISTER:
Please be advised that the following documentation will be required in order to complete PYFL player application. All documents will be uploaded by parents on NSID.

1. Current Player Photo (clear image of player's face)
Headshot- Shoulders and up, no hat, no mouthguard, clear background

2. Proof of Player age (original documents may also be required at player certification)
Birth Certificate and *School Verification OR California ID OR Passport- NO EXCEPTIONS
*School verification MUST show student photo and date of birth.

3. *Current Sports Physical (dated on or after 1/1/26)
*COMPLETED PHYSICAL FORMS MAY BE ADDED AT A LATER DATE BUT MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF MANDATORY PRACTICE.

4. Report Card for 2026 School Year.
